Tour of Thy Whiskey

Thy Whiskey is a family-owned whiskey distillery on the organic farm Gyrup in Thy.
All stages of production from field to bottle take place here. The grain for the whiskey is grown on the farm’s fields – both modern and old Danish varieties, which have been taken from the Nordic gene bank.
Along with the distillery, the farm runs its own malting plant and organic farming.
Thy Whisky uses, among other things, beech and peat smoke for smoked whiskies.
The farm shop and tasting room are normally open every weekday and the first Saturday of the month at 11-15
