Welcome!
When we took over Nystrup Camping, it wasn’t just the location that stole our hearts.
It was the feeling.
The scent of the pine forest. The sound of the North Sea. Children racing around on mooncars. Surfers returning with salty hair. Long summer evenings gathered around the campfire.
We saw a place that already had something truly special – and we saw the potential to make it even better.
Since then, we’ve worked to develop the campsite without losing the very things that made us fall in love with it in the first place.
We’ve built a new service building, created new ways to stay, renovated, planted, painted, built and constantly come up with new ideas. But throughout it all, our goal has always been the same:
To create a campsite that people genuinely want to come back to.
We don’t believe camping has to be perfect, we believe it should have personality.
A place where surfers, families, campers, motorhome travellers and dogs all feel at home. A place with room for campfires, quiet moments and a real sense of community. A place where nature takes centre stage and where the little details matter.
We’re still far from finished. In fact, we’re always dreaming up new ideas.
But one thing will never change:
We’re just as excited today to welcome guests to Nystrup as we were on the very first day.
