Start the day with a dip in the sea, grab your surfboard, lace up your hiking boots, hop on your bike – or simply find a quiet spot in the dunes and stay a little longer than planned.

Cold Hawaii attracts surfers from all over the world, but the area is just as perfect for anyone who loves nature, peace and quiet, fresh air, and the feeling of spending time somewhere the landscape still gets to take centre stage. There are forest trails, dune heath, wide-open views, quiet roads, long beaches and a local community that makes Klitmøller feel like much more than just a holiday town.

Not many places offer the sea, the forest, surfing, starry skies and evenings around the fire all within a few minutes. This one does.

New Luxury Building Enhances the Camping Experience in Klitmøller

We love camping life – but we also believe that showers, kitchens and laundry rooms are allowed to feel a little nicer than strictly necessary. That’s why we’ve built a brand-new service building right in the heart of the campsite.

Here you’ll find family bathrooms, a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, a dog wash and great amenities for both campers and motorhomes – all in bright, welcoming surroundings where both function and atmosphere have been carefully considered.

Our goal was to create something that actually makes everyday holiday life easier and more enjoyable. A place where it feels good to take a shower after a swim in the sea, cook dinner with sand still between your toes, or deal with the laundry without it feeling like the dull part of the holiday.

Sustainability has also been built into the project, with solar panels on the roof, rainwater for toilet flushing and details made from recycled beach plastic. Not because we feel the need to make a big thing of it – but because taking good care of the place we’re lucky enough to call home simply makes sense to us.
