What makes Nystrup different is not just one thing – but the combination of many.
It’s the location in the heart of Thy National Park and the short walk to the sea. It’s the mix of green hideaways, open areas, private pitches and different little corners that make the campsite feel varied and full of life. And it’s the feeling that there is room for both community and privacy – depending on the kind of holiday you’re looking for.
But it’s also something else. Atmosphere. Details. The sense that real care and soul have been put into the place.
Around the campsite you’ll find handwritten signs, handmade details and small touches that weren’t simply chosen from a catalogue. Even our older service buildings have been given new life with graffiti, green plants, music and an atmosphere that makes everyday camping feel a little nicer. It’s not perfect in a polished, impersonal way – and that’s not the point. We would much rather create a place with personality, warmth and the feeling that someone has genuinely cared.
